Bad Design Is Everywhere
Walking through Wal-Mart on our yearly night-before-class, make-sure-we-have-food-&-school-stuff trip, I came across something that made me so angry, so miffed, so disappointed – it wasn’t any of these 3 true things:
There were no people working checkout tonight at 1 a.m. Only the “self-checkout” machine that always requires assistance from a real person anyway.
